Johnson conducted a 2 hour seminar at
this years Seni Show. The session included
a practical insight into the revelations
from Nathan's title 'The Great Karate
Myth'.

The kata can be seen to be performed solo,
with one Sai and with two Sai.

Ko-do Ryu Pushing Hands

The practitioners also demonstrate various
grip escapes and locks from Rokushu and
Naihanchin, applied once contact has been
made.
